We purchased 26 High Street, a two hundred years old house and set about bringing it into the twenty first century while still retaining the charm and character of a house of this age. The house was originally two houses which had been joined together. The smaller of the two houses has been converted to a self contained studio apartment, roomy enough to accommodate two people with ease a kitted out with everything to make your holiday comfortable.

Here, we hope to give some information about where we are and what you can expect to see in this part of beautiful Northern Ireland. Largely due to the political situation, Northern Ireland remains one of the unsung and unexplored parts of the UK. It is compact, the roads are quiet and the scenery is stunning.
The small town of Killyleagh is twenty five miles from Belfast among the rolling hills of County Down. Golf, sailing, fishing, walking and horse riding are all within easy reach of here. Add to this a pint of Guinness in our local hostelry and your holiday is complete. |
